We strive to answer every phone call immediately, but if we miss you we will return your call within 60 minutes during normal business hours or within 30 minutes of the start of the next business day if you call after normal business hours.

We will reply to all emails within two hours during normal business hours or within two hours of the start of the next business day if you email after normal business hours.

We will reply to all mail within one day of receiving it or as soon as we have completed any research required as part of a request or question.
